at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning June 24, 2019, at the Office of Procurement from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., or through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com. Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting. The services included in this bid will fall under M.G.L. Ch. 30B and other procurement statutes.
The Office of Procurement is soliciting bids for a qualified vendor to establish prices to supply, and deliver printing needs of the Springfield Police Department. Printing will include forms, booklets, postcards and additional items on an on-call, as-needed basis. A copy of each form requested will be in the Office of Procurement starting June 24, 2019 for viewing.
The City intends to award up to Two (2) potential contracts to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder(s). The estimated value of each contract shall not exceed $15,000.00 per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement by July 1, 2019 at 4:30 P.M. The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. The Office of Procurement reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
