at which time the proposals will be privately reviewed in the Office of Procurement.
The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the requested goods, to submit bids for the purchase and delivery of various partitions and associated equipment/supplies to the City of Springfield. This IFB is subject to M.G.L. Ch. 30B § 5.
The City will award one Contract to the bidder that provides the lowest cost of the goods to the City. The initial term of the Contract will be one year, but will contain two (2) one-year renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion. The contract will be for $100,000.00 per year.
Bid documents can be requested through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com or in person (during normal business hours) beginning on February 25, 2019.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer or designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement on or before March 5, 2019 by 4:30 P.M.(sduncan@springfieldcityhall.com)
