19-042 - On-Call Demolition/Deconstruction of Abandoned Properties

City is requesting bids for the demolition of abandoned properties throughout the City, the removal and disposal of all demolition/deconstruction materials and site debris, including any and all hazardous materials identified in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Project may be awarded to more than one Contractor.

All General bids must be accompanied by the Bidder’s Certificate of Eligibility (DCAMM form CQ7) and an Update Statement (DCAMM form CQ3) to be given consideration as well as a completed and signed Debarment Disclosure Form.

All questions regarding specifications must be submitted in writing, no later than September 12, 2018 by close of business. Questions must be submitted to the attention of Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer. Email and/or Facsimile questions are accepted. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all responses, if in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
