The purpose and intent of this specification is to describe and obtain a price agreement for towing services, winching, off road recovery labor rates for the City of Springfield Department of Public Works. Services will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is one (1) year with an option to renew for 2 one-year periods. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
