18-088 - PA: Musical Instruments, Supplies and Accessories
End date: Wednesday January 17, 2018 at 2 p.m.The purpose of the above bid is to purchase high quality musical instruments, supplies and accessories for various Springfield Public Schools.
The vendor will provide a hand inspection, play test and hand delivery (by the vendor's employee) for all instruments, supplies and equipment to individual Springfield Public Schools locations.
Nothing will be dropped shipped, and nothing will need to be unpacked by the school.
Price agreement period will be from February 1, 2018 – January 31, 2019 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Estimated cost is $ 300,000.00 per year.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
