Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM EST: December 9, 2016 by, Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer.
At which time the Proposals will be privately opened and read. RFP documents and specifications will be available beginning on Friday, November 25, 2016 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com during normal business hour for no charge.
The goals of the beverage concession operations are to: (1) provide first-class beverage services that complement the catering and events at Barney Carriage house and Emma’s Place; (2) provide enhanced quality and value to customers of the Park Department; (3) increase the friendliness and convenience of holding an event at the Park or Emma’s Place, ultimately enhancing the image of the City; (4) optimize beverage concession revenues to the City. If you have demonstrated experience operating a comparable business, and are interested in this opportunity, you are invited to respond to this Request for Proposal. The initial term will be for three (3) years to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.
