Bidding procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable state procurement and bidding statutes.
The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to provide the removal, replacement, and temporary repair to stabilize the brick masonry of specified areas of the Bridge Academy School.
The contract value is estimated to be $25,000.00). All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement at least Seven (7) business days prior to bid opening, or May 14, 2015. Contractors are strongly urged to attend a site visit on 5/13/15, 11:00 A.M., 118 Allen Street, Springfield, MA. For questions regarding Site Visit, please contact Jon Carignan, at (413) 787-6282.
Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for pick-up at the Office of Procurement during normal business hours or through the City's website for no charge starting on May 7, 2015. This project is subject to MA prevailing wages
