15-230 - RFP: Revaluation Services for Real Property Parcels for Assessor's Department

End date: Tuesday April 28, 2015 at 2 p.m.

Sealed proposals from interested Contractors for interim year value adjustments of real property in the City of Springfield for Fiscal Years 2016, 2017 and the option to renew for Fiscal Year 2018 will be received and registered at the Office of Procurement, City Hall, 36 Court Street - Room 307, Springfield, MA 01103.

The selected Contractor shall determine the full and fair cash value of all specified property as defined in Chapter 59 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth. For FY 2016 the date of valuation shall be January 1, 2015 with a physical status as of June 30, 2015 and for FY 2017 the date of valuation shall be January 1, 2016 with a physical status as of June 30, 2016.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
