City of Springfield Police Department is looking for Tasers, holsters and additional accessories. All items are taken from Taser International catalog. Bids including items other than as specified must submit adequate manufacturer's literature to allow comparison with specifications. Literature is requested with all bids. Period: March 1, 2015 - February 28, 2016 with option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year period(s). Estimated Usage: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 annually. Literature is requested with all bids.
The City of Springfield Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids shall be valid for 30 business days after the bid receipt date. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
