SPG 14-108 - RFP: Springfield Public Schools Website Redesign

The City of Springfield acting through its School Department wishes to embark on an ambitious redesign of the district's web presence. The City is looking to obtain an agency to build a web platform that serves the goals of the district and the community. The scope includes creation of an external, public-facing website for the school district, including a web presence for each school tied into a single, unified Content Management System (CMS). This project is NOT an intranet.

The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and woman participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than November 4, 2013 by 4:00 p.m.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
