14-101 - Purchase of Vehicles for Various City Departments

Vehicles will be used by various City Departments for transporting personnel, supplies and equipment required for various operations. Vehicle shall be the manufacturer's latest model. Vehicles requested are: Four (4) Passenger cars, One (1) Crew Cab Dump truck, One (1) 2WD Pick-Up truck, One (1) Cargo Work van, One (1) 4WD Pick-Up truck with plow, One (1) SUV and Three (3) Utility Vans.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
