SPG 13-372 - Emergency Response System: Data Package w/Data Collection, Enhanced Floor PLans and Digital Photogra

The School Committee of the City of Springfield wishes to obtain the services of a qualified firm to create comprehensive data packets for the Springfield Public School District. The packets will include collected comprehensive site data, enhanced floor plans and digital photography for 52 school locations for a total of 4,465,361 square feet. The packets will be delivered in printed paper copy presented in a binder, CD, DVD, USB flash drive and are to be provided to all stakeholders and emergency responders in an effort to enhance planning, communication and collaboration in an emergency situation. The vendor will also provide information on an optional portal service for accessing and updating location information. Estimated cost: $169,685.00.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
