• Motorola (3) Channel, ASTRO 25 Conventional Voting System Upgrade

• Motorola (2) Channel, ASTRO 25 Conventional Voting System Upgrade

• Motorola MCC 7500 Console System

Amount to be financed: $1,746,710.00. Financing approved for 5 years with first payment due January 1, 2014.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than February 11, 2013 by 4:00 P.M.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
