The City of Springfield School Building Commission is seeking competitive bids for Furnishing of School Furniture and Equipment to the Roger L. Putnam Vocational Technical High School for the following categories: Section 101-Misc. Furniture and Equipment; Section 102- Office Furniture and Equipment; Section 103 - Library Furniture and Equipment; Section 104 - Metal Storage Shelving; Section 105 - Cafeteria Furniture. Delivery/Installation are to be included. Estimated total cost is $1,547,000.00.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

The Acting Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.
