Items include obsolete/scrap office desks, tables, computer tables, bookcases, office chairs, file cabinets, metal shelving units, fans, coat racks, wooden bench, rolling carts, couches, and miscellaneous items. Submission Requirements:

One (1) complete submission must be received by www.BidSync.com
by: March 14, 2011 at 2:00PM.

One (1) Original hard copy must be submitted in sealed envelope to the Office of Procurement, 36 Court Street, 4th floor, Springfield, MA 01103 Attn: Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
