11-196 - Mobile Cafeteria Folding Tables

The City of Springfield Public Schools Food Service Department is requesting bids for the purchase of 125 each
12' x 27" high and 79 each 12' x 29" high tables per specifications. Quotes should be for Sico BY-65 cafeteria bench tables or equal.

Price should include freight charges, inside delivery to each school site, unpacking and installation into designated school cafeterias. The estimated cost is $240,000.00.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
