This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes both off-street and on-street public parking facilities in the City of Springfield (the City). The facilities covered by this RFP document include five (5) parking garages, five (5) surface lots, totaling over 4500 spaces; and 950 spaces of on-street parking.

Each request must: be accompanied by a non-refundable cashier's or certified check made payable to the City of Springfield in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50), which payment is to offset the costs of preparing, reproducing and mailing, to the extent necessary.
