26-167 - Repair and Replacement of Springs and Suspension Components for DPW Fleet Vehicles

End date: Tuesday April 28, 2026 at 2 p.m.

The City is seeking qualified vendors to perform as needed repairs and replacements of springs and suspension components for DPW fleet vehicles. Services will be requested based on need. The City intends to award a single contract for these services to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The estimated value of the contract is $100,000.00 per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.

All questions regarding the bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement in writing by April 21, 2026 at 4:30 P.M to ad’angelo@springfieldcityhall.com. The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
