End date: Tuesday November 3, 2026 at 2 p.m.The Springfield DPW is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Larochelle / M&G / Monroe 4 Season Combo Dump/Spreader Equipment Parts and Service. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $150,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. Responses to bids must include all required documents, completed, and signed. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than October 23, 2026 by 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D’Angelo at ad’angelo@springfieldcityhall.com The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
