26-158 - Price Agreement for Chevrolet Authorized Motor Vehicle Parts and Services
End date: Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Chevrolet Authorized Motor Vehicle Parts and Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 26-158 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement no later than Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D’Angelo at ad’angelo@springfieldcityhall.com. The City of Springfield’s goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. The Office of procurement reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
