at which time the bids will be privately opened and logged at the Office of Procurement. RFQ specifications can be requested through the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com, beginning on September 10, 2025.

The City of Springfield wishes to engage multi-disciplined architectural firms for a variety of important services on an "as needed" basis. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’ sole discretion. The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts. Estimated value of each contract is $500,000.00

All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 17, 2025 by 4:00 P.M. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
