25-174 - Auto Body Repairs and Painting Services for Police Vehicles

The Springfield Police Department is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Auto Body Repairs and Painting Services. Vendors must be fully registered as a motor vehicle repair shop defined under chapter 100A of the Massachusetts General Laws.


All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than May 19, 2025 by 4:30 p.m. to Carol Teixeira-Dragon at CT-Dragon@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
