24-028A - IFB: Price Agreement for Hydraulic Hose, Fittings & Cutting Edges
End date: Thursday October 12, 2023 at 2 p.m.The Springfield DPW is seeking bids from a qualified vendor to supply replacement parts for an Aeroquip Crimp Machine, including hydraulic hose, fittings and cutting edges. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. The term of the contract (1) year in length, and the City will retain (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. All questions regarding bid must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than October 3, 2023 by 4:30 P.M. to akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
