23-073 - Purchase of Eleven (11) 5-Passenger Sedans for City

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking bids for the Purchase of Eleven (11) Five-Passenger Sedans for Various City Departments.

Each unit shall be the manufacturer's latest model. The unit shall be furnished and delivered new, complete and ready for use. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $275,000.00.
This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than November 21, 2022 by 4:30 P.M. to lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals.
