at which time the bids will be privately opened and logged at the Office of Procurement. RFP specifications can be requested in person at the Office of Procurement during normal business hours or through the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com, for no charge.

The City of Springfield is soliciting proposals from parties who have an interest in becoming the City’s firm specializing in comprehensive accident recovery on behalf of the City for all aspects of accident recovery claims. The City requests competitive bids in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws c. 30B § 6 for accident recovery services for the period of May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2024

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than April 23, 2021 by 4:30 P.M. to Katie Vegh at kvegh@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
