The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Mack Truck Parts and Service. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 21-092 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than January 21, 2021 by 4:30 P.M. to Katie Vegh at kvegh@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals.
