SPG 14-005 - PA: Athletic Equipment & Athletic Uniforms for Springfield Public Schools Athletic Department

Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning June 3, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.

Springfield Public Schools Department is seeking bids to purchase Athletic Equipment and Athletic Uniforms for their Athletic Department. Bid prices must be held firm for the entire length of the price agreement. No minimum order required for delivery.

Price agreement period will be from July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Estimated cost: $175,000.00 per year.

The purpose of the above bid is to supply Athletic Equipment and Athletic Uniforms to Springfield School Department locations within the City of Springfield. Delivery to all school sites is MANDATORY.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
