11-001 - Services: Complete Revaluation of All Personal Property for Board of Assessors

The City of Springfield, Massachusetts acting through its Board of Assessors is accepting sealed proposals from all interested contractors for a complete revaluation of all personal property in either Fiscal Year 2011or Fiscal Year 2012. Maintenance services will be provided in the City of Springfield for the two non-certification years; either Fiscal Years 2012 and 2013, or Fiscal Years 2011 and 2013.

In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the RFP Committee requests that all proposers submit written questions ten (10) days prior to the RFP response deadline. Accordingly, questions must be received in writing only at the City of Springfield, Office of Procurement not later than June 29, 2010 Questions may be faxed or mailed. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, § 6. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
