10-341 - Sale of Concession for Food & Beverages at Forest Park Ball Field
End date: Wednesday February 3, 2010 at 2 p.m.The Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management, is seeking bids from qualified individuals, corporations or business entities (whether for-profit or non-profit) to operate, manage and maintain a food concession facility at the Forest Park Ballfield in Springfield, Massachusetts. The successful bid will, at a minimum, provide affordable, high-quality food and beverage items for consumption in a Park environment during a minimum operating season of March 30 through November 30, daily (seven days a week).
Concessionaire shall have a minimum of 5 years experience operating and managing concessions.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
