10-070 - Furnish and Deliver Custodial Supplies

This bid request is for a price agreement contract to establish unit prices for custodial supplies for City. In addition to the items listed, vendors may attach lists of other products offered to the City and may specify discounts available to the City from lists or catalogues.

Please note that all prices must be "delivered prices"- FOB Destination at the City building. The City will not accept responsibility for any additional handling or delivery charges. Delivery is an important part of the contract and the City will expect bidders to document their firms' ability to deliver to many locations.

Estimated annual usage $500,000.00.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
