The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for chimney demolition and restoration at Kiley Middle School, 180 Cooley St, Springfield, MA 01128. This bid falls under M.G.L. Ch. 149 and other procurement statutes. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $65,000.00.

It is strongly encouraged to attend a site visit on 5/20/26 at 10:00 A.M. on-site. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 5/22/26 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. MA DLS Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
