The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for roof replacement services at the Kenefick Park Building, 320 Plainfield Street, Springfield, MA 01107. This bid falls under M.G.L. Ch. 149 and other procurement statutes. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $65,000.00.

It is strongly encouraged to attend a site visit on 5/20/26 at 10:00 A.M. on-site. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 5/21/26 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. MA DLS and Davis Bacon Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
