26-026 - Price Agreement for Sand for Winter Sanding
End date: Tuesday September 23, 2025 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain an agreement for Sand for Winter Sanding. The successful bidder must be capable of delivering a minimum of 500 tons in an 8 hour day. The estimated value is not to exceed $50,000.00.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 11, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D'Angelo@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
