BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL NOVEMBER 21, 2025 IN ORDER TO RECEIVE INCENTIVE RATE. BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH DECEMBER 26, 2025 FOR STANDARD RATES.

Bidder must comply with City Equal Opportunity Requirements. Return all required forms completed, signed and notarized where required. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
