SPG 13-237 - Services: Cleaning and Reconditioning of Athletic Football Equipment

The City of Springfield, through the School Department requests bids for the Cleaning and Reconditioning of Athletic Football Equipment.
Price Agreement period will be from January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Estimated cost is $25,000.00 per year. Any vendor submitting a proposal must include a formal statement of net worth or have product liability insurance of not less than $10,000,000.00. Failure to submit this formal statement will result in disqualification of the bid/proposal.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
