SPG 12-319 - Purchase of (3) Ford E-250 Vans for Springfield Public Schools Food Service Department

Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning February 20, 2012 at 9:00 A.M.

The City is looking to obtain three (3) Ford E-250 Vans. The units will be used by Springfield Public Schools Food Services Department for transporting personnel, supplies and equipment required for various operations. Vehicles shall be the manufacturer\'s latest model. Estimated cost: $60,000.00.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
