192 - Services: Flower Planter Program
End date: Wednesday January 3, 2007 at 2 p.m.Furnish Labor, Materials, Planting and Maintenance for the Department of Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management's Flower Planting Program. Estimated cost is $25,000.00 with option to renew at City's discretion for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The Period of Agreement is for Early Spring and Late Fall.
A 5% certified check, letter of credit or bond payable to the City of Springfield must accompany each bid. A 50% Performance Bond and Labor & Materials Bond shall be required from successful bidder. Surety bonds will only be accepted from Surety companies licensed by the State Division of Insurance to transact business in the Commonwealth.
All questions regarding the specifications or process of the bid must be in writing to the attention of the Chief Procurement Officer and must be received no later 4:30 PM seven days prior to the bid opening. Inquiries should reference bid number and opening date.
