14-238 - RFP: Central High School Graphics Project
End date: Wednesday May 7, 2014 at 2 p.m.The School Committee of the City of Springfield, Massachusetts wishes to obtain the services of a qualified graphics firm to complete various graphics projects at Springfield Central High School. All bids must include description of materials to be used and delivery and installation costs.
The various projects covered under this contract are as follows: Project 1: Room Directional Signs; Project 2: Exterior Signs (Exterior Banners); Project 3: Field Announcer Booth Signs; Project 4: Wall Murals for Library; Project 5: Wall Mural for Choral Room; Project 6: Graphic Design - School Logo; Project 7: Front and Rear Entrance Signs. The estimated cost is $55,000.00.
In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the RFP Committee requests that all proposers submit written questions seven (7) business days prior to the RFP response deadline. Accordingly, questions must be received in writing only at the City of Springfield, Office of Procurement not later than April 29, 2014. Questions may be faxed or e-mailed to lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com or jmaxey@springfieldcityhall.com.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, § 6. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
