26-170 - Heavy Duty Driveline Parts and Services

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for Heavy Duty Driveline Motor Parts and Services. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $300,000.00 per year. Responses to Bid No. 26-170 must include all required documents, completed, and signed. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement no later than May 5, 2026 by 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D’Angelo at ad’angelo@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
