26-078 - Request for Proposals for Auctioneer Services; Tax Title Properties

The City of Springfield, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Auctioneering Services for properties acquired through the tax title foreclosure process pursuant to Chapter 60 of the Massachusetts General Laws. The contract is for one year with an option for an additional two years and has a not to exceed amount of $50,000.00 annually. The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than December 3, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. via email to lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
