At which time the Proposals will be privately opened and read. RFQ documents and specifications will be available beginning November 12, 2025 through the City’s website www.springfieldcityhall.com during normal business hours. This RFQ will be conducted pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 7C § 44-57.

The City of Springfield seeks qualifications from qualified Architecture/Engineering Professionals to provide professional feasibility, preliminary design, potential final project design and construction administration services for a group of school building alteration projects to improve food service areas.

All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than November 19, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
