Bid documents and specifications will be available beginning: Monday, August 11, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. or through the City’s website; at www.springfieldcityhall.com Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting RFP. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c. 30B.

The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, entities, organizations and/or joint ventures (hereafter “consultants’) to provide consulting services to assist the City with carrying out the MVP 2.0 Planning Process, in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. The total dollar amount for this agreement shall not exceed $53,780.00.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any an all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
