25-095 - Price Agreement for Automotive Transmission Repairs and Services for Police Fleet Vehicles

End date: Thursday January 23, 2025 at 2 p.m.

The City is seeking Vendors who have at least 4 full time transmission repair specialists and a secure area for cruiser storage. Vendors must have the ability and expertise with Ford transmissions from 1997 to current date as well as all other auto makes from 1986 to current year.

The City intends to award one (1) contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The estimated value shall not exceed $50,000.00 per year, The initial term of this contract will be fore One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.

All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement on or before January 10, 2025 by 4:30 P.M. (akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
