25-082 - Consulting Services for Strategic Planning Process for Springfield City Library

The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced prospective consultants to guide a comprehensive three-to-five-year Strategic Planning Process for the Library that includes a significant community research component. The estimated budget for this project is $40,000.00. The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than December 9, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to Abbie Kusekoski at akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
