25-069 - On-Call Engineering Services for the Dept. of Public Works

The City of Springfield (City) through its Department of Public Works (DPW) and other various City Departments wishes to engage one or more multi-disciplined engineering firms (Consultants) for a variety of services on an as-need basis. This procurement will cover the general engineering needs of the DPW and other various City departments. The selected consultant(s) may be required to complete projects which require special expertise and/or are too large for the execution by in-house staff.

Your attention is directed to the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action section of the Request for Proposal / Project Manual. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

The City of Springfield will hold a pre-submission conference on December 2, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at 70 Tapley Street, Springfield, MA 01104. Bidders are highly recommended to attend.
