25-067 - On-Call Overhead Door Repairs and Maintenance

The City of Springfield is seeking to obtain an agreement for On-Call Overhead Door Repairs and Maintenance. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $50,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year with option to renew for two (2) additional years. This bid is subject to M.G.L. Ch.149 and other applicable procurement statues.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than October 9, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to Abbie Kusekoski at akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
