25-055 - Accident Recovery Services
End date: Monday October 7, 2024 at 2 p.m.The City of Springfield is soliciting proposals from parties who have an interest in becoming the City’s firm specializing in comprehensive accident recovery on behalf of the City for all aspects of accident recovery claims. The City requests competitive bids in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws c. 30B § 6 for accident recovery services for a contract term of one (1) year, with two (2) one-year renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 30, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to Natalie Santaniello at nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
