The City of Springfield is seeking to obtain an agreement for On-Call Electrical Repairs, Maintenance and Installation. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $250,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year with option to renew for two (2) additional years. This bid is subject to M.G.L. Ch.149 and other applicable procurement statues. All bidders must be DCAMM certified in the following trade category: Electrical.

All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 18, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
