25-037 - Price Agreement for E-Waste Disposal/ Recycling Services

The Springfield Department of Public Works is seeking to obtain a price agreement for E-Waste Disposal/Recycling Services. Scope of services shall consist of providing a disposal facility for the collection of E-waste collected by the City of Springfield’s bulk collection program. City of Springfield will collect items and transport to disposal facility. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $100,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5 and other procurement statutes.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 4, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. to Natalie Santaniello at nsantaniello@springfieldcityhall.com . The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
