25-005 - Price Agreement for Detroit Diesel Parts and Services

The City is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply a significant amount of Detroit Diesel parts and services on an as needed basis.

The City intends to award one (1) contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The estimated value shall not exceed $100,000.00 per year, The initial term of this contract will be fore One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.

All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement on or before July 29, 2024 by 4:30 P.M. (akusekoski@springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
